We aim to offer the best value for money by checking our prices on a daily basis. We don't take offers but we promise a discount if a similar car is found cheaper elsewhere.

6 - Is it OK to come see a car on the weekend ?
Yes, but stock changes everyday. To avoid travelling for a car that is already sold, please always call just before setting off.

7 - Is there free parking near your showroom?
Yes, there is free parking in our rear alleyway or on the streets around us.

8 - Can I reserve a car?
Yes you can by making a nonrefundable part payment of £500. Reserving the car stops others from buying the car so you don't miss it, and guarantees that the car you want is held for you to buy.

9 - Do you do finance?
Yes we can arrange finance for you. The rate will depend on your own credit scoring and affordability.

10 - What are your acceptable methods of payment ?
We accept all kinds of debit cards, cash, and bank transfers. We do not accept any kind of credit cards.

11 - Can I test drive the car I am interested in?
Yes you can.

12 - What documents do I need to buy a car from you?
You don't need any documents unless you are buying on finance then you will need a full UK driving license.

Yes we can arrange driveway insurance for you to drive the car home

14 - How can I buy Road Tax to drive my new car away?
You can buy the Road Tax online before leaving our showroom.

15 - Do you provide any warranty with the cars you sell?
Yes. Every car comes with warranty unless stated otherwise.

17 - Do I have to bring the car back to you if I need to fix it under my warranty?
No. you can fix the car at any VAT registered garage of your choice.

19 - Do you deliver? Is it free?
Yes we can delivery after sending you a personalized High Definition Walkaround video. Delivery is free for any car over £10,000.

20 - My car has broken down and I cant bring it back to you to repair it for me, can you come collect it?
We do not have a recovery service to send out to you, you need to use your own breakdown cover to deliver the car back to us. If you do not have a break down cover we are happy to recommend few recovery service companies to you.

21 - I bought a car from you and still did not receive my logbook. When did you send it?
We keep logbooks for 28 days from the date of purchase. After 28 days we register the car online and you receive a logbook within 3-5 days with your name on it.

22 - Why did I not receive my warranty documents?
Check your spam mailbox. We register the warranty online and you should receive an e-mail directly from the warranty provider.

23 - Why did you not give me my MOT certificate?
Everything is online now, you don't have to have a print out of your MOT Certificate. However, you can always print out a copy from the Government VOSA website if you wish to do so.
